- STAR-ASIA warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year (6 months for battery) except PRINT HEAD, CASE, RIBBON, AUTOCUTTER & ONSITE SERVICE
- Online registration should be done within 15 days since purchased date
- This warranty shall NOT apply if one of the following occurs:
- Abuse or misuse
- Cannot present sales invoice
- Any repair or modification made by customer himself
- Operation not with manufacturer’s specification
- Accidental, intentional damage
- Natural disasters
- Improper installation, operation or maintenance
- Damage by liquid or resulting from relocation by customer
- The defects or malfunction is caused by Non-Genuine ribbon or poor quality paper
- Other conditions not arising from defects in product material or workmanship
